1.What are the payment channels? 

  • For your convenience of purchase, we currently offer 2 payment channels , namly e-wallet , Online Banking and credit card  and debit card

2.Unable to make payment with my debit/credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet?

  • If your transaction is declined, kindly contact your bank/ cardholder’s bank or the relevant payment service provider to check and activate the card as some banks require prior activation for online purchase.

 3.When will I receive my refund?

3.1 Online Banking- We will send the credit voucher to your email and you may claim the discount for your next shopping on www.lynid.com within 7-10 business days from the date stated on the refund confirmation email, The credit vouchers usually expire after 30 days if not used.

3.2 E-wallet - We will send the credit voucher to your email and you may claim the discount for your next shopping on www.lynid.com within 7-10 business days from the date stated on the refund confirmation email, The credit vouchers usually expire after 30 days if not used.

3.3 Debit card - We will send the credit voucher to your email and you may claim the discount for your next shopping on www.lynid.com within 7-10 business days from the date stated on the refund confirmation email, The credit vouchers usually expire after 30 days if not used.

3.4 Credit card - The refund would be returned to the card that you paid for the product within 7-14 business days from the refund confirmation email dated. Which amount will be refunded to your card immediately , however, depending on the due and the refund policy of the bank/cardholder company. Please further check with the cardholder bank.

4.How to use the credit voucher? 

4.1   This credit voucher is only applicable online for Jelly bunny Malaysia.

4.2   This credit voucher may be delivered via email

4.3   Only one credit voucher can be used for each online purchase.

4.4  Jelly bunny Malaysia reserves the right to cancel any orders deem fraudulent.

4.5  The credit voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full

4.6 Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
