  • Return and Exchange Policy
    • Product may be returned within 30 days from the date of the shipping note as enclosed with the order. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
    • Only online purchase at is eligible to return for:
      • Faulty or defective product, or product damaged during shipping.
      • Incorrect product shipped.
    • All products must be in good condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tag intact.
    • All sales and promotional items used discount codes, accessories and swimwear cannot be exchanged /returned.
    • Save for product cost, the delivery cost and any other expenses are not refundable.
    • If the product does not meet the condition of this Return policy, the product will be returned at your cost.
    • All returns shall be sent via manner that provides for tracking as we will not be held responsible for any loss or delay.
    • You will either receive a refund of the amount paid on the website; or a discount code for use on, all within 14 days from our receipt of your request on product eligible for return.

    1.4 Product returned through LYN offline stores

    1 .Return the product in good condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tag intact; together

    with the receipt from our online store to any LYN store, all within 30 days from the date of receipt.

    1. Our staff will check the product for return/ exchange conditions.
    2. Our staff will fill in the return form in the system.
    3. You will receive an email confirmation.

    At present, we regret to inform you that there is no exchange policy for products, either online or in store. You may however return the product via our online channel and make a new online purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
